Foxton closed out the season with 1-1 draw away to Newmarket Reserves.
Foxton had the better of the first half and were unfortunate not to be ahead at the break, but some wayward shooting and the woodwork, kept them out.
The home team had a couple of efforts from distance, which Fraser dealt with comfortably.

The second half was much the same, with Foxton on top and missing chances.
Newmarket made them pay for this on 55 mins, when one of their players weaved his way through and scored in the bottom corner.
Foxton didn’t let their heads drop and created a couple more chances but again, with no end result. We finally drew level, when Evan scored from 25/30 yards with a powerful shot into the bottom corner.
Whilst Foxton were still on top, the game became stretched, with both sides pushing for the win. Newmarket had a good chance on about 85 minutes but the striker, who was leaning back, sent his shot over the bar.
