Saturday, saw Foxton suffer a heavy 7-0 defeat, at home to a decent Newmarket reserve side.
Newmarket were good value for their win, in a game which was littered with mistakes by Foxton and dominance from the visitors.
Newmarket started on the front foot and within the first minute Pinney was called into action, making a good save.
It was all dominance from Newmarket, as they scored three goals in quick succession, going in 3 up at half time.
The pattern of play didn’t change much in the second half, with more mistakes from Foxton, helping the visitors increase their lead.
This was finished off by a couple more goals late on, handing the visitors a comfy 7-0 scoreline.
